AT&T is listening... at least they are acting like it!

There is no doubt about it! AT&T sucks!!! Okay... they don't suck.  I get pretty good coverage and it's pretty fast too.

But that doesn't cut it (for me at least.)  Their policies are what suck the most!  Their have been quite a few issues with AT&T lately, especially for users on iPhones.  AT&T has not handles any of those issue very well... so sad!

Regardless, I had a bad experience with them today but their customer service reps were rather nice on the phone.  We had an issue where my brothers has signed up for AT&T text message subscriptions each for $9.99 per month.  They claim (and I believe them) that they didn't do it.  It must have either been a big mistake or one of those stupid trick systems where a service asks you to enter your cell # and then they start spamming you with useless crap.

Why would he ever sign up for a $9.99/month horoscope service when he could get one for free (or cheep) from the app store!!! Anyway, the lady understood and she started acting all nice when she realized we had iPhones.
